Remote Manager and Record on Demand software are included with all recorders. You can
access recordings over a network, from a single PC, or phone line using a modem. They provide
for remote search, playback, live monitoring, copying calls to the client PC for emailing, etc.
Remote Manager is also used to search, play and email recordings directly from the archive
CD-Rs or DVDs on any PC running Windows 95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP.

Administrators can limit which channels users can access with Remote Manager. Record on
Demand (ROD) provides users access to a single channel with permissions set by the system
administrator.
Install on as many client PCs as required. Manage one or multiple Total Recall voice loggers
with one PC.
It can be used to configure the recorder, play recorded calls, monitor current calls in real time,
search the database, tag and notate calls on the database, download calls to the local hard
drive, e-mail downloaded calls, play and save calls from Total Recall archive discs, generate
reports, and export calls to WAV, MP3 or secure proprietary formats. Remote Manager also
provides configuration options for recording on demand, allowing greater flexibility with recording
policies.
Remote Manager can be configured to give users monitoring and search access to selected
channels only, usually their own extension or those of their subordinates. This provides
management with an extra level of security and privacy, whilst giving users the opportunity to
access the benefits that call recording provides.
