Total Recall Features
Total Recall is a multi-channel (referred to as port or line) call logging recorder. Call logging
simply means all calls are recorded automatically. The recorder features a built-in display and
simple navigation keys. The Remote Management Software (included with system) provides
the ability to access via PC, LAN, WAN, or telephone line dial-up from another location.
While this recorder can be used for call center applications, if you require reporting capability
and scoring of agent calls, Encore Recorder is specifically designed for as a call center
recorder.
